Traditions allow feeling the spirit of the nation, its uniqueness and atmosphere. So, we had an amazing feast evening and introduced Ukrainian traditions.

St. Andrew’s parties are one of the oldest customs. According to tradition, on the night of December 12 to 13, young people got together and arranged various activities: fortune-telling, tricks, songs and dumpling making.

Therefore, IEU couldn’t miss such an interesting tradition for the youth, especially for the foreign one. Gathering together, students made a lot of tasty dumplings and ate them with joy.

We’re introducing our culture to foreign students because the intercultural adaptation is a crucial step towards their successful study in Ukraine.
