The International European University requests a useful and interesting lecture from a 1st year student majoring in Psychology, Maria Andrukh.
The topic of the lecture is “How to not be afraid to express yourself in class and how to overcome the fear of publicity.”
The lecture will discuss the reasons for the fear of testifying in classes, as well as recommendations on how to deal with it.
Maria explains why it is important to overcome this fear and analyzes the fear of public speaking.
