1. Ensuring compliance with legislative acts to prevent and resolve conflicts of interest.

The International European University is determined not only by the high quality of education, but also by the difference in compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest. The University actively implements measures to ensure ethics and transparency in its activities.

The University develops and implements transparent policies and procedures governing conflicts of interest. These documents clearly define situations where conflicts of interest may arise and establish mechanisms for their resolution.

All employees and faculty of the University are required to adhere to high ethical standards. This includes the obligation to report possible conflicts of interest and to cooperate in resolving such issues.

The University provides training and education for its staff and faculty on conflicts of interest. These activities are aimed at raising awareness and understanding of the issues that may arise, as well as developing skills to deal with them effectively.

2. Ensuring transparency and objectivity of the student performance assessment system.

The International European University focuses on developing an assessment system that would ensure transparency, fairness, and objectivity in determining student performance. The evaluation process is determined not only by academic achievements, but also by the development of critical thinking, creativity and other key skills.

The University carefully develops and publishes assessment criteria for each subject and course. This allows students to clearly understand what they receive points for and how they can improve their results. The transparency of the criteria stimulates students’ active participation in their own learning.

The University is developing an approach to individualizing the assessment process. This means that individual characteristics and abilities of students are taken into account. This approach helps to stimulate the development of each student, taking into account their unique capabilities.
