IEU Hosts Tactical Ultrasound Training in Partnership with Mehad NGO: Life-Saving Skills for Emergency Medical Professionals
International European University hosted the Intensive Training in Tactical Ultrasound Based on the FAST Protocol by the French Mehad NGO (Ex-UOSSM, France).
The ultra-portable ultrasound device can be used at any stage of trauma care. Its application is often an integral part of the damage control examination. These skills can save someone’s life in extreme conditions.
We invite you to take part in the training
The training focuses on the following priority specialties: emergency team physicians, surgeons, anesthesiologists/resuscitators, emergency medicine physicians and emergency room physicians. However, any doctor can take part in the training.
All expenses for the training organization are reimbursed by the MEHAD NGO in partnership with International European University.
Training is conducted using Sonosite Turbo (USA) equipment, CardioSystems (France) and Vscan Air (Norway) wireless ultrasound transducers.
