International European University pays special attention to the fight against violence and takes an active part in activities dedicated to counteracting this phenomenon.

As part of the 16 Days Against Violence campaign, the University organized an important event for students to raise awareness and create a positive attitude to gender equality and safety.

The UN General Assembly declared November 25 as the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. Every year on this day, the 16 Days Against Violence campaign is launched in different countries around the world.<br> <br> The key goal of this campaign is to draw the community’s attention to two relevant issues: preventing and countering domestic violence and human trafficking, as well as activating government agencies and public organizations to join efforts to protect human rights.

The 16 Days Against Violence campaign is an opportunity to once again remind the public of the existence of these problems in society, to enhance people’s awareness of all forms of violence, to continue the process of creating a non-discriminatory space for life, development and professional growth of each person.

During the event, students were able to exchange opinions, listen to the experience of experts and actively participate in discussions aimed at creating a safe and open environment in the university community.
